Our 3-Step Process

  • Step 1: Reset and Get You Out of Pain

    After the evaluation, where we found the root cause of your issue through movement analysis, strength testing, and flexibility assessment, we move into step 1. This step focuses on getting you out of pain and back to baseline. These sessions will be more of hands-on techniques to reduce any muscle tone(tightness) and some corrective exercises designed to keep you active throughout your rehab process. We'll also create your personalized plan that matches your specific goals.

  • Step 2: Retool and Address Impairments Contributing to Your Issue

    In this step, we will continue to utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques, but will also incorporate more corrective exercises and stretches to address any strength or mobility deficits that are contributing to your issue.

  • Step 3: Return and Optimize Your Function

    We don't just send you home once your pain is gone. This step involves targeted exercises using challenging weights to ensure that when you resume your favorite activity, you can do it without pain and perform at your best level.
